Inspired by Baba Dayal Das, Sahib Dayal Foundation is a Social and Cultural organisation started by Baba Jagdarshan Singh Nirankari. The main mission of the organisation is to provide education and mentorship for the social & cultural reform of the society, continuing the legacy of the Nirankari Reform Movement started by Baba Dayal.
